12 Weeks of Christmas #11 Cute Little Bakset

Hi Crafters,
Today's video is one of the cutest projects and pretty easy to make.  this little basket can hold quite alot of things!  If you only have one item to put in the basket just cut up some tissue paper into shreds and fill the basket with the shreds first then place your item in the basket and that way it'll be sure to be seen!  You can make this basket with an 8.5 x 11" cardstock or DSP or a 12" x 12" cardstock or DSP.  Check back to my earlier post for chirstmas to get the PDF if you wish.  Enjoy...

12 Weeks of Christmas Project #9 Triangle Easel Card

Hi Crafters,
Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  I ate and ate and can't eat anymore!  I have been sleepy since Thursday!!! Geez.....  I'm glad it's only once a year.  Anyway, this is just a cute little card and quick to make.  I hope you enjoy it...  I'm still making cards to send to family and friends and I almost forgot today was Monday and had to get the blog and video up!  I did this last Monday too!  I'm an early bird usually and I had all of the weeks ready to go and can't remember to put them on my blog.  DUH  I guess I'm startin' to feel the pressure .  Please sit back and enjoy the video and I'll try to remember to do next Monday December 5th earlier in the day!

Hi Crafters,
Today I have a cute little gift you can make quickly! It's an Accordian Minibook with 12 monthly calendars in it.  The size is only 3" wide x 2-3/4" high and 3/8" deep! Have fun.... I make my own calendars but you can find them to print out on the web.

Ghost's, Spider's, Pumpkins and Black Cats ,Oh My!

Hi Crafters,
Today I have a few pictures of some of my Halloween Cards!  These are my "Design Series Paper"  aka DSP - Hybrids made with "My Digital Studio" aka MDS (you can now get a downloadable smaller version for $39.95-- Go to my Oline Store and order it and you can download it immediately!)
 I used my Designer Series Paper for my card instead of for accents on my card!  They are too cute I think!  LOL  Anyway, I used DSP Frightful Sight #122351 - $10.95 for 12 sheets of 12" x 12", or you can download the DSP for $4.95 once you buy My Digitsl Studio!  NOT ALL of our DSP is in MDS but most of it is!  Just use your Whisper White Card Stock and print the piece you need for your project or design your cards and send it to stampin' Up Printers and they will mail you the cards you designed!  Very, very simple...TA...DA..!

My 1st card is the Stripes in Cajun Craze, Old Olive, Whisper White & Basic Black with the Spiders and I cut out the Hat, Greeting and Halloween Defintion all from MDS and used dimensionals to adhere them to the card.

2nd Card is a Multi Panel  with Spider Webs DSP in Basic Grey, Basic Black and Whisper White, greeting in Cajun Craze is from MDS and so is the Curly Design label, aslo the Hanging Spiders on the sides of the card that says 'Happy Fright Night to You'

3rd Card is made with the other side of the Spider Web DSP that's in Cajun Craze and Basic Black tiny dots, the Greeting is the Smiling Pumpkin from MDS matted with Basic Black Card Stock and a piece of Basic Black Scallop Dots Ribbon 1/2" wide #124145 - $7.95 for 10 yds.

And last but not least... a little cellophane bag 4" x 6" -#102757 - $4.50 for 50 bags, then I found this stickin' Cute "Skull & Cross Bones" Digitial Die Cut from Bosskut Gazelle for .99 then I added the spiders and blood!!!OOOOOHHHH, Scary!I used the Top Note Die #113463 - $21.95 for the Topper and put 2 of the mini candy bars in the bag, folded the Top Note Die in half and glued it shut!  (I didn't use staples because of little children getting these treats)  Adhered my 'Skull and Cross Bones' to the Topper and away we go!!

Fancy Fold Circle Gift Card Holder for Halloween

Hi Crafters,
Today I have a video for a new "fancy fold" card!  I saw this on SCS by Beate Johns and it is too cute!  I made mine into a gift card holder  since I give gift cards more than anything else!  These are quick and easy to make, so you can make tons at a time!  LOL  I used the new DSP Frightful Sight which is sooo cool looking and basic black card stock for the scalloped circles.

You could make this into a fancy card for a wedding or birthday or just about anything by changing out the colors and DSP!  I'm thinking about making one for a wedding.  I'll post a picture of it when I make it.

Anyway, the New Holiday Mini Catalog is out and has some really great new products in it!  You can order a combination out of the Mini Catalog and the Big Catalog and choose the hostess gifts from either book or from anything in either book!  This is the new set-up for ordering $150.00 in merchandise!

My Favorite Colors

I don't have a video today but I want to show a simple card made with my favorite colors..... Black, Red and White but in this case I'm using White Vellum Cardstock for the flower!  Enjoy...

Recipe:
1/2 sheet of Real Red Card stock, 1/4 sheet of Basic Black Card stock, 1/2 sheet of vellum card stock

White Embossing Powder, Embossing Buddy, 1 large rhinestone, Dimensionals, Snail

Stamp Set with Greeting for outside and inside also done in embossing powder
( I used Four Frames Stamp Set #123440  (pg 141)                                                             
 for Greeting tag, Life is Beautiful saying from Style Beautiful Stamp Set # 116984, (pg. 140)and for inside Heard from the Heart Stamp Set #120006 (pg. 167)

I also used the Decorative Label Punch #120907 (pg.209) and the Lace Ribbon Punch #122362 (pg.211) and for the flower I used an assorment of flower dies and curled the tips under on 3 of the 5 flowers and then curled the 2 smaller flowers for inside of flower on the sides of each petal and added a large rhinestone!  I love the vellum flower!!!

Retro Accordian Card

Hi Crafters,
I have a simply cute Card for todays video!  It was originally made by LeeAnn back in 2008, anyway I don't have her website but I did make this cute card and it just goes back to basics from years ago when I used to craft along with Carol Duvall on her craft show, boo-hoo it's no longer on TV!  Rats...  I digress, Hope you have fun making this card!  It fits into a standard envelope that holds 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" card!!

Tiny Tissue Holder

Hello Crafters,
Todays video is on making a Small Tissue Box for the pocket size packs that can be set on a nightstand in your guest room just incase they need a tissue for removing make-up or sneezing etc.  I made the boxes match my room decor in each guest room and used the pocket tissues because they're only 6 tissues in each pack and can be easily refilled for the next guest with fresh tissues!  This "tiny tissue box" is only 4-1/4" x 4-1/4" so it takes up very little space, then I placed a little tag on it that says 'BLESS YOU' I think that about says it all... Sorry for waiting so long to get this video up, I have had company for the last 2 weeks and I can't believe I didn't even have time to upload this video!  After everyone went to bed I was so exhausted I just fell into bed myself!  I guess age is catching up with me.
