#4 Christmas Gift- Tissue Box Cover

Hi Gang,
Here's the 4th video to help you make homemade Christmas gifts.  Also, today is my birthday and I'm 57 years young!  Although today I feel 100 since I fell and hurt my back but everyday I get a little better!
I'm sure most of you have made Tissue Box Covers either from the plastic canvas or knitting / crocheting them and even out of card stock.  My Tissue Box Cover is made with thick Chipboard!  When you make something from chipboard it last longer than with card stock.  I have one of these in each bedroom. bathroom and my craft room!  When I decide to change the Decor' I make another Tissue Box Cover to match!  I hope you enjoy the video and you can always e-mail me with questions you might have!
Well, that's all for now

#2 Christmas Gift "Tea Bag Caddy"

Hey Gang,
Here's #2  in the series.  This is a Chipboard Tea Bag Caddy!  This is a great gift and it's very sturdy and will last a long time!  I have made a few for gifts cuz a lot of people are changing from coffee to tea!  I love iced tea but I'm still stickin' to my coffee!  I guess I should try and design a caddy for the Krueg single cup machines!!  I know a lot of people that went to the single cup coffee makers and it's just not enough for me!  Anyway.... hope you can understand my instructions!  Oh,oh, oh, I just ordered the new  Fiskars ProCision Bypass Rotary Cutter!  I can't wait to get it!  It's supposed to cut medium weight chipboard and has "rails" to keep the cutting perfectly straight!  I have been cutting so much chipboard, it's killing my right hand!  I hope this will cure the problem.  When I get it I will do a demonstration of it cutting different materials to show y'all how it works (and if it's worth the price 120.00) Yikes....
Okay, here goes with the 2nd video for Christmas gifts!!!!

Trying Some New Projects

Hi All,
I know I've been gone a very long time but life just happens!  I hate doing Videos with Windows 7!  Anyway, I have been making a lot of Mini Scrapbook Albums that have a Themed 3D Project to go along with them!  I have been watching Kathy Orta of Paper Phenomenon and Laura Dennison of Following the Paper Trail to make these amazing Decor Type Albums!  I have a few pictures to show!  Also, not only was I watching these two terrific ladies' U-Streams but I found a new friend that also was watching the U-Stream Shows and she lives not only in the same state but in the next town over from me!  I went to my first crop this past Saturday because of her and made my 3D Projects instead of scrapbooking! I have to explain this... I do not scrapbook but I DO MAKE Scrapbook Albums for other people to place their photos in! I always seem to do things backwards! LOL  Judy was absolutely delightful and I had one of the best times after I got organized!  Dear Lord that was the hardest thing for me to do.  I'm so used to all of my supplies being in the same place that I couldn't find anything at first , I was so discombobulated that it took about and hour to get ready to do anything but once I got in the groove I had a lot of fun!  (We're going again Sept 15th, can't wait)  I loved the idea of being gone most of the day and just chatting with all the ladies about anything and everything!  This is the best therapy in the world, now I understand why this is SOOOO POPULAR!  LOLLLLLLLL!  It really is a special kind of group of people with one major interest alike and that makes for a great kinship.  I want to be kin too!
Well enough for now, I have a few photos below...hope you enjoy them!  I WILL be doing some quicky videos for Christmas Gifts on a budget!
Enjoy...

Happy Crafting,

Pockets Full of Memories Mini Album

Hi Everyone,
I know it's been awhile but I got a new computer W7 and had trouble with the Windows Live Movie Maker getting the video saved,  the one that's not "live" is easier, anyway I digress...
Here is a cute album that has 6 pages and each page will hold 7 photos and/or tags!  It is in 3 parts!  I used very colorful Designer Papers! he he...
I also used a new binding system by Kathy Orta of Paper Phenomenon that is super easy and holds the album together without falling apart after a lot of use! Hope you enjoy the videos!!!

Mini Album for Valentine's Day

Hi Everyone,First, Sorry I haven't posted lately!  Been trying to set up a Class but just can't get the girls on the same shift, let alone the same day for the class....anyway......Today I have an Album that is 5" x 9" , uses 3 - 12" x 12" Double Sided Papers that makes 6 pages alltogether and holds 4" x 6" photos with a mat around them!  Alot of albums hold 4" x 6" photos but if you want a mat around the edges, your pictures have to be smaller.  With this album you won't have to crop your photos at all unless you wish to.  Anyone that still gets photos developed can use this album and have them matted too!  This Album is quick and easy to make and you can add more pages year after year if you wish!   I also have a "WPC file or PDF" for the Swirly Doodle" cost .75 and the Tags for .50.

Enjoy the video!
